Admission to property during periods when such property is closed to the public will be limited to persons authorized by the head of the facility or designee. The head of the facility or designee shall have authority to designate areas within a facility as closed to the public. The decision to close a property during an emergency shall be made by the head of the facility or designee. In emergency situations, the property shall be closed to the public when reasonably necessary to ensure the orderly conduct of Government business. The property shall be closed to the public during other than the hours so established. The head of the facility, or designee, shall establish visiting hours for the convenience of the public and shall establish specific hours for the transaction of business with the public. The head of the facility is charged with the responsibility for the enforcement of these rules and regulations and shall cause these rules and regulations to be posted in a conspicuous place on the property. 901, the following rules and regulations apply at all property under the charge and control of VA (and not under the charge and control of the General Services Administration) and to all persons entering in or on such property. This repair will probably not last for many years, so we will continue to prepare for longer term efforts. To our delight, the City of Hot Springs was able to repair the stairs instead, and found the money in their budget. Two years ago we began an effort to raise money for replacement of the Chapel Charge staircase (behind Kidney Springs, next to the beautiful and historic Episcopalian Church). In addition to supporting events, Challenge Dakota: is gradually building a race kit, which is used by many local groups for their race events repaired the city's five historic stairways in downtown Hot Springs and is building a fund for future repairs and major restorations. When you donate to Challenge, you help fund our efforts to support active events in and around Hot Springs, especially new events and events associated with stair-climbing.
